The men have been identified as Frankie Dean Thomas, 37, of Fayetteville, and Eddie Lee Shaw, 54, of Chambersburg, according to the coroner's office.

Both men were shot before the home was light on fire, officials say.

This announcement comes over a month after the fire but it is just a day after the suspects were identified and captured by the US Marshal service.

Cordaryl Burns was found and arrested in Detroit, Michigan and Larry Burns was arrested in Lumberton, North Carolina, according to US Marshals. Both men have been charged with two homicides but their records are sealed, according to the reports.

The fire happened at a house in the 100 block of Neil Road in South Hampton Township near Shippensburg on Feb. 23 around 6 a.m., Pennsylvania state police previously told Daily Voice.

The Cumberland County coroner was called to the scene shortly before 8:30 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers.

The death of the two victims found inside was quickly announced to be probed as homicides, according to state officials.

Additional information on the men's deaths was unavailable when Daily Voice reached out to officials involved in the multiple investigations into this case on Thursday, Mar. 24.
